Questions
Where can I buy original oil paintings by UK artists?
The Haud sells paintings made by hand in Britain, and each one links to the profile of the painter. The product page says what it is painted in and whether it is a one-off.
Can I commission a painting of my house or a favourite place?
Yes. Some of our painters work from your own photographs, and some list a custom painting you can order straight from their shop. For anything else, see our commissions page or email hello@thehaudde.live and we will put you in touch with the right painter.
How do I know these pieces are really handmade in Britain?
Every maker on The Haud applies and is reviewed individually before they can sell, and imports, mass production and resellers are not allowed. Each piece links to the profile of the person who made it, so you can see who they are and where they work before you buy. Payment is taken by Stripe. On UK orders you have at least 14 days from delivery to change your mind, except on personalised and commissioned pieces, and anything faulty or not as described is always covered.
